Refund & Cancellation Policy

If a bill expires, is canceled, or cannot be paid, gifts designated for it are refunded to the original payment method once payments are live. Memberships and sponsorships can be canceled anytime and remain active through the paid period. Listing upgrades are refundable if the listing is rejected before publication.
