Is my bill document public?
Never. Original documents are stored privately for verification only. The public sees your avatar, first name or nickname, city, bill type, amount, and story.
Do I need a real photo?
No. Every poster gets a free custom avatar builder. Real photos are an optional paid upgrade.
What does it cost to post?
Posting is free. Optional upgrades: Selfie $1.49, Photo Package $3.99, Video Package $5.49 — charged only for the difference when you upgrade a tier.
Are gifts tax-deductible?
No. Gifts go between community members and are not charitable donations to a registered nonprofit.
How do donors earn levels?
Levels are based on lifetime settled gifts toward bills: Neighbor $1+, Helper $25+, Champion $100+, Hero $500+, Angel $2,500+, Legend $10,000+.
